Gee-up for a night at the Races to help bereaved children
Race lovers craving the excitement of Lingfield can continue to enjoy the sport of kings at a charity Race Night to be held on Saturday 9th November at the Jubilee Centre in East Grinstead.
Horse racing fans will be able to select which steeds to back in the tote, knowing their hard earned cash will be helping to support bereaved children and young people across West Sussex and Surrey. The evening is a fund raiser for Jigsaw (South East) charity.
There will be a master of ceremonies and the eight exciting races will be shown on a big screen. Not only will guests experience the exhilaration of a race night, they will be fed as well. We are delighted to announce that East Grinstead based Harbour Fish and Chips have generously offered to supply the night’s feast for free to support the charity.
The charity event starts at 7PM and tickets are available from Sophie Bewley and cost £15 per person. We thank the following businesses who are sponsoring the event.

Based at East Court Mansion in East Grinstead since 2012, Jigsaw (South East) offers support to children and young people who have a family member with a serious, life-limiting condition. It also provides grief support to children and young people who have experienced the death of a significant family member through illness, accident, suicide or murder (through groups in Reigate, Guildford and East Grinstead).
