A new year often brings hope for so many of us, the air is charged with possibilities! Setting meaningful goals for the year can be such a positive way to provide you with direction, but sometimes achieving them and staying on track can be tricky, especially if you’re short on time.
Perhaps your goal is to support others in your local community, try a new hobby, get organised at home, take on a physical challenge, read a book every month or even bake more. Whatever your aspirations are for 2024, putting a fundraising spin on them can help you to stay focused and accountable!

Get social
In the UK, people spend an average of 2 hours per day on social media – we would love it if you could take a minute to follow, like and share our posts. Even if just one person clicks through and finds out about us, it will make a difference. Follow us @jigsawsoutheast all platforms.
Spread the word
Mention Jigsaw to your HR department, pastoral team or welfare officer. If they hear of someone facing a terminal illness or of a death of someone who has children, then they can signpost that family to us for support, direct them here for more information.
Nominate us
Suggest us as the charity of choice for 2024 in your workplace, school or sports club every penny raised helps us to provide the support services locally.
Support as you shop
There are over 4,500 shops and sites ready to donate to us, simply shop online with your favourite retailers via easyfundraising, and they’ll donate to Jigsaw, it won’t cost you a single penny. Sign up HERE.
Birthday Fundraiser
Ask others to donate to us instead of sending you a card or present on your birthday this year, and don’t forget to tell your loved ones why you have chosen to support Jigsaw this year.
Get sponsored to achieve your goals
Take part in an organised event or arrange your own sponsored run, read, cycle or walk (add your goal here!) either on your own or in a team with friends or work colleagues? It is easy to set up a fundraising page here or have a look at organised events you could take part in.
Host a fundraising event
A quiz night, crafting afternoon, a bake sale, a karaoke evening – whatever takes your fancy! Invite your friends and family along to support you in fundraising for us.
A clutter free home
Have a clear out/car boot/ garage sale and raise funds for Jigsaw whilst achieving the goal of decluttering your home or workplace.
Volunteer with us
