Do you provide services outside of the above areas?
Not typically, but do please give us a call if you are not sure if we cover your area, or are outside of the South East, we can always provide advice and guidance in order to signpost you to other organisations. We may also be able to offer support to children and young people who attend school within our catchment area.
Do you provide services at your offices?
No, our offices are our administrative centre only.
Is there a charge for your services?
No, we are a registered charity and there is no charge to children or families. However as a charity we always welcome donations and fundraising support.

Who can make a referral to Jigsaw South East?
We encourage families to self-refer either through our helpline or via our website. This ensures that the family are ready to engage in with the support we offer. Professionals can speak to us through our helpline if they would like advice about a family they are working with and they can also make referrals on behalf of families with their permission.

Where is the training held? How long is the training course?
Since the pandemic, we have moved our professional training online and made access to it free. Please follow our social media for information about next dates or email info@jigsawsoutheast.org.uk.
Do you have any permanent jobs with Jigsaw South East?
From time to time we do have vacancies and when this is the case these are advertised on our website. Please check back from time to time if you are interested in working for us.
I am currently studying for a counselling qualification, do you offer work placements?
No, due to the size of Jigsaw South East and the nature of our work we are not able to offer placements that would count towards your required experience. You may wish to consider volunteering for Jigsaw South East to gain experience working with children and young people but this would not be on a formal basis.
