Moon to shine for Jigsaw at the Brighton Marathon

Moon To Shine For Jigsaw At The Brighton Marathon

Natalie Moon likes a challenge and on Sunday she will be joining Jigsaw (South East’s) two other marathon fundraisers, Adam Hinds and Nicola Bishop, to run 26.2 miles around the streets of Brighton.

Accountant Natalie only started running four years ago in a bid to get fit before she turned 40. She began with an NHS ‘couch to 5K’ challenge and realised she “loved running.” A year later Natalie completed a half marathon and it has been her goal to step up the distance. She said: “I wanted a challenge and to fundraise for something that means a lot to me.”

Keenly supported by her three children, family and friends Natalie added: “I used to work for Jigsaw and the work it does is so valuable. I know people who have been supported by the charity and by running the marathon I hope to raise some money for a great cause.”

Jigsaw (South East) supports bereaved children and young people as well as those facing the death of a loved one through terminal illness. Find out more about our intrepid trio of Brighton Marathon fundraisers and see how you can support them.
