About our Helpline
Our helpline is for those supporting a child or young person who is facing or coping with the death of a loved one. This could be a parent or carer or in a professional setting such as a teacher or health care professional.
When you contact us, we can provide information and guidance to help support them and we can also direct you to other appropriate services. We support families across Surrey and nearby areas of East and West Sussex and Kent.

Helpline opening times
For guidance, support and information, please call us on 01342 313895. Our dedicated Helpline is staffed between 9.30 am and 12.30 pm weekdays. Outside of those hours, please leave a message or use the contact form and we will respond as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can email us at info@jigsawsoutheast.org.uk.
The Helpline is also available to discuss what additional help and support a child or young person may need and whether to make a referral into our services. Please click the relevant button below for more information about our pre-bereavement and grief support services.
