I am retired but previously worked in the city as an investment analyst after graduating with a degree in mathematics. I became a teacher, post the birth of my children, and subsequently a school governor. I was a volunteer at the Royal Marsden Chelsea and sat on the Friends of the Royal Marsden committee.
I live locally and enjoy travelling, playing golf and being with the family.
I lost a brother when he was 25 years old, in a car accident, and then my middle son when he was 24 from Sudden Death due to Epilepsy. I fully understand how bereavement affects the whole family and how help given at this tragic time is hugely beneficial.
