Simply participate in a 5k during May and donate £5 to support children through the devastating loss of a loved one.

How to take part?!

🏃‍♀️ Complete any 5k, anytime, anywhere, between 1^st – 31^st May (run, roll, walk, cycle, hop, do whatever suits you!)

Get involved as a team!

Why not mobilise your school, colleagues or sports club to get involved too? It’s the perfect opportunity to get a group together (virtually of course) have some fun, raise some money to support local children, and get fit!
