Take part in #5kMay for Jigsaw (South East)!

We’ve teamed up with the creators of the 5k lockdown challenge, Run For Heroes, to bring you #5kMay! Simply participate in a 5k during May and donate £5 to support children through the devastating loss of a loved one.

How to take part?!

STEP 1: 🏃‍♀️ Complete any 5k, anytime, anywhere, during May (run, roll, walk, cycle, hop, do whatever suits you!)

STEP 3: 5️⃣ Nominate 5 of your friends to take part for Jigsaw too!

Remember to include the link to donate to us when you nominate, and tag us @jigsawsoutheast so we can share!

Once you’ve donated £5 you’ll unlock a goodie bag packed full of rewards and treats from some epic brands!

Get involved as a team!

Why not mobilise your school, colleagues or sports club to get involved too? It’s the perfect opportunity to get a group together (virtually of course) have some fun, raise some money to support local children, and get fit!
